1. 6-Pack Abs*

An intense strength class, focusing on abs and low back. The perfect "quick" addition to your workout (25 min) - limited to 19 students

2. Body Pump

The original body bars class that strengthens your entire body. This 55 min. workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! - limited to 19 students

3. Cardio Kickboxing

Add some punch to your cardio workout! This high-energy class includes high- and low-impact cardio, self defense moves, stretch and conditioning. Utilizes punching bags, gloves and jump ropes. Come in and kick your workout up a notch! (55 min) - limited to 18 students

4. Metro Boot Camp

Join this high-energy class to burn calories and gain strength!  Boot camp combines high-impact cardio moves with weight training, resulting in a great workout that will leave you asking for more!  (55 min) - limited to 18 students

5. Metro Runner's Club This training program gets you ready to train for your starting to run, improve/maintain fitness, 5K/10K/Half Marathon/Marathon or just for fun!. We provide a training for adults of all ages and all levels. The program includes a group training runs and a track (speed) work.
6. Power Pilates* Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this conditioning program is designed to use the body's core or "powerhouse". Improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, and strength using various exercises with a limited number of repetitions. Result is hard abs and a long lean body! (55 min) - limited to 19 students
7. Spinning Mad Dogg A cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles within a motivating class environment. Uses techniques such as flats, hill drills and tempo riding along a variety of terrain. It is a strong ride, utilizing all of your energy systems. Go for the Power! (45 min) - limited to 14 students

Energy Zone: ENDURANCE (65%-75% of Max. Heart Rate) Energy Zone: STRENGTH (75%-85% of Max. Heart Rate) Energy Zone: INTERVAL (65%-92% of Max. Heart Rate)
Endurance rides build strength and stamina by maintaining a steady heart rate and comfortable pace over an extended period of time.
This zone improves cardiovascular fitness and builds strength by blending increased resistance with longer distances.
Interval training teaches your body to recover quickly by alternating burst of speed and power with periods of recovery.;
8. Yoga* Create a strong, grounding, healthy, lifelong yoga practice! Focus will be given to proper breathing technique, proper alignment, body awareness, Sun Salutations, standing postures, and the Finishing sequence. Over time, new postures are added to the foundation you create here. This class is intended to guide practitioners toward the Mysore Program, after personal comfort through physical conditioning and knowledge of the sequence has been established. (55 min.)
9. Zumba Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". It is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. (55 min.) - limited to 19 students
