- However Membership Sales is very important at Metro 24/7 Fitness, we believe that our fitness center membership sells itself via the energy, facility, programs, service, availability, and pricing.
- We DO NOT Believe in Pressure Sales… “Tactics that many of our National Competitors use” Our members thanks us daily for our non-aggressive approach to bringing new members on the Metro Family of Health and Fitness!
- All of our employees undergo a rigorous interview process to make sure they have high quality customer service skills, experience, knowledge, abilities, and certifications pertinent to their job classification!
- Our staff is not mysterious as they are displayed on our social network sites as well. Also, the Co-Owners are very accessible “they believe in knowing the heart beat of the floor”. You can reach them by phone and/or email, unlike other Management at other National Fitness Center Chains.
